In writing work shop we are finishing our lab reports and starting to write teaching books. In math we are learning how to make bar models and use them to add and subtract.

*Students can bring a stuff animal that fits in their backpack on Monday to celebrate earning another star for our behavior!

This week we are lerning the ir, ur, er rool. We are lerning about bar models too.  We are making timelines on a big poster. You will see it at the next cofrins.

We are lrning in writing worshop to be a scientist and writing reports. In the guim Mr. B made a fun Halaween haws. Halaween was so mush fun at NPE. In awhr class we got four behavior strs and eleven class ticits. This week we had a prade it was so mush fun.

*Our math test today had a lot of novel questions which were extremely challenging. Please look at the core skills section for a better indication of your child's mastery! We will discuss this at our upcoming conference.

*Family Craft: A paper turkey feather will be sent home today! Please have your child write something they are most thankful for on it! Then they can decorate it any way they want! Sequins, stickers, glitter, yarn, paint, and any other kind of material can be glued on it! Please return these promptly so they can be added to our class turkey! If you have not turned in your pumpkin, you can still do so! These family crafts are not meant to be a hassle, just something fun you can do with your child! Thanks!
